Dear Music/Art Director:

You are cordially invited to attend the 2009 Tianjin International Youth & Children's Culture & Art Festival. Tianjin is one of the largest industrial port cities of China.

The festival will take place July 25 to July 31, 2009.

This event occurs bi-annually and is sponsored by the Chinese Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government. At the opening ceremony diplomats from the participating countries will give presentations. This year’s theme is “Peace, friendship and future.”

During the 2006 festival there were more than 2000 young people gathered, representing over 40 countries. The Festival has become the largest scale event of its kind.

The Organizing Committee of the Festival is inviting youth and children's performing arts groups from all over the world to participate in the 2009 Tianjin International Children's Culture & Art Festival.
