Chinese Cooking Classes

Learn about Asian groceries-spices, seasonings and ingredients and some simple ways to cook Chinese vegetables, such as baby Cucumber, Shanghai Cabbage, Young Soy Beans and Long Squash.  Come and have fun learning the culture and cuisine.
